Lahmeyer ran for Oklahoma's regular 2022 Senate election (there was also the special that now-Sen. Markwayne Mullin won). Lahmeyer lost the GOP primary to incumbent Sen. James Lankford, 68%-26%. But that run likely helped set him up for a US House bid.

New: Jackson Lahmeyer is expected to officially announce his run for CD-1 in Oklahoma next week, per a source familiar.
OK-01 is mostly around Tulsa, which was one of Lahmeyer's stronger areas in the state. (He's a pastor & one of his churches is there.) You can check out the result for that primary here on the DDHQ Votes portal:
