Requirements

  • Projects must be World Cup-themed and built on X Layer
  • Projects must have a dedicated X (Twitter) account, tag @XLayerOfficial on submission, and post actively throughout the hackathon
  • Eligible tracks include (but are not limited to): prediction markets, trading, social, NFT, GameFi, and AI Agent
  • At least part of the project must be deployed on X Layer
  • Fully remote — no in-person attendance required
  • Existing projects are eligible, but must include substantial new development completed during the hackathon period
  • Submit the project via before 23:59 UTC on May 28.

Rules

This hackathon uses a dual-track judging model — AI judges and human judges score independently across on-chain data, code quality, innovation, and market potential. Both scores are weighted and combined to determine final rankings.
